PDR Green Pty Ltd (ACN 684 805 427) trading as Florien
Effective 24 September 2026 Thank you for choosing Florien. These Terms of Service (Terms), together with our Privacy Policy, form a legally binding agreement between you and us. Please read them carefully. Key points about how our services work, what we are and are not responsible for, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are set out below. Florien supports the Australian Charter of Healthcare Rights. You have the right to access care, to be safe, to be respected, to be informed and involved in decisions, to privacy, and to give feedback or make a complaint.
Part A - Introduction
1. About Florien
1.1 PDR Green Pty Ltd (ACN 684 805 427) trading as Florien (Florien, we, us, our) operates an Australian telehealth platform through the website at florien.co, the patient portal at app.florien.co and any related mobile application (together, the Platform). 1.2 Through the Platform we: (a) connect you with independent, Australian-registered medical practitioners and nurse practitioners (Partner Practitioners) for assessment, consultation, prescribing and pathology referral where clinically appropriate; (b) provide access to our patient support team, which may include registered nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, health coaches and patient care staff working on our behalf (Care Team); (c) give you secure access to your health information, consultation records, pathology results, treatment plans and program resources; (d) facilitate the transmission of prescriptions to, and your purchase of medicines from, an independent Australian pharmacy (Dispensing Pharmacy), and the delivery of those medicines to you; and (e) sell non-prescription products and program services directly, where offered. 1.3 Our services (Services) are limited to the treatment programs listed on the Platform from time to time (Programs), which currently include programs in alternative and plant-based healthcare, metabolic and hormonal health, weight management, and peptide and recovery therapies. Florien is not a general practice and does not replace your regular GP. 1.4 Florien is not a pharmacy. We do not dispense or supply prescription-only or pharmacy-only medicines. All such medicines are dispensed by a Dispensing Pharmacy under its own licence.
2. Accepting these Terms
2.1 By creating an account, booking a consultation, purchasing a Program or product, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. 2.2 We may update these Terms from time to time. 2.3 The Terms in force when you receive a Service apply to that Service. Changes do not affect rights or obligations that arose before the change. If you do not accept a material change, you may cancel your account or subscription before it takes effect without any cancellation fee.
3. Who can use Florien
3.1 To use the Services you must: (a) be 18 years of age or older (we do not provide Services to anyone under 18, including through a parent or guardian); (b) live in Australia and be physically located in Australia at the time of each consultation; (c) be capable of entering into a binding agreement and of giving informed consent to medical treatment, as assessed by a Partner Practitioner; and (d) create an account (Account) and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. 3.2 You may hold only one Account and must not create an Account for, or share it with, anyone else.
4. Your Account and information
4.1 When you register, you give us personal information, including sensitive health information. We collect, use, store and disclose it in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and applicable health records laws. Your information is available to Partner Practitioners, the Care Team and the Dispensing Pharmacy to the extent needed to provide your care. 4.2 You must give true, accurate, current and complete information, including your full medical history, current medicines, allergies and any other information a reasonable person would consider relevant, and tell us promptly if anything changes. Giving false or misleading information to obtain a prescription medicine can be a criminal offence and may be reported to the relevant authorities. 4.3 You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Tell us immediately at support@florien.co if you suspect unauthorised access, and change your password. 4.4 By giving us your contact details, you agree that we, Partner Practitioners and the Dispensing Pharmacy may contact you by phone, SMS, email or in-app message about your appointments, treatment, orders and account. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Care and safety communications will continue while you are an active patient.
5. When we may decline or stop providing Services
5.1 We may decline to provide, suspend or end Services to you, with notice where reasonably practicable, if: (a) a Partner Practitioner determines you are clinically ineligible or unsuitable for a Program; (b) you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms; (c) you give false or misleading information, or we reasonably suspect a medicine is being misused, shared or diverted; (d) you are abusive, threatening or harassing towards a Partner Practitioner, Care Team member, pharmacist or staff member, as reasonably determined by our Clinic Director; or (e) we are required to by law or by a regulator. 5.2 If we stop providing Services, we will take reasonable steps to support continuity of your care, including providing a copy of your clinical summary to you or your nominated practitioner on request, and we will refund any amount paid for Services not yet provided, except as set out in clause 17.
Part B - Clinical services
6. Partner Practitioners
6.1 Partner Practitioners are independent health professionals registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). They are not our employees. When you consult a Partner Practitioner, you enter into a treating relationship directly with them. 6.2 Partner Practitioners exercise independent clinical judgement. They alone decide whether telehealth is suitable for you, whether to prescribe, which medicine and dose, how many repeats, whether to order pathology or refer you elsewhere, and whether to continue, change or stop your treatment. No Florien staff member, target or commercial arrangement may direct or influence those decisions. 6.3 Partner Practitioners owe you the same professional obligations as they would in person, including standards of care, informed consent, clinical record-keeping and privacy. 6.4 We cannot guarantee that you will see a particular Partner Practitioner, that any consultation will result in a prescription, or that a Program is right for you. A Partner Practitioner may decline to prescribe, to issue repeats or to provide any requested service. 6.5 Members of the Care Team may provide advice within their professional scope of practice in connection with your Program only. Care Team members do not diagnose or prescribe unless they are themselves authorised to do so.
7. Consultations and appointments
7.1 Consultations are conducted by video or phone at the booked time. You must be in Australia, in a private place, and able to verify your identity at the start of each consultation. 7.2 Consultation fees are shown on the Platform and must be paid before your appointment is confirmed. 7.3 Rescheduling and cancellation: you may reschedule or cancel free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel with less notice or do not attend, a rebooking fee of $59 may apply, unless the missed appointment was caused by exceptional circumstances outside your control or by us. 7.4 We may cancel or reschedule an appointment if payment has not been received, required intake forms are incomplete, or you cannot be reached within 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. If we cancel for our own reasons, including practitioner unavailability, you may rebook at no cost or receive a full refund.
8. Prescriptions and ongoing care
8.1 Where a Partner Practitioner considers it clinically appropriate and you have given informed consent, they may issue an electronic prescription. You can view details of your current prescriptions, including the medicine, directions and remaining repeats, in your patient portal. Being able to view a prescription in the portal does not mean an electronic token or paper copy will be issued to you. Prescriptions are sent directly to a pharmacy for dispensing, as set out in clause 8.2 and clause 11. 8.2 Using a different pharmacy. If you would like your prescription dispensed somewhere other than the Partner Pharmacy, let us know through the Platform or at support@florien.co, and we will send it directly to the Australian pharmacy you nominate. Prescriptions are transferred pharmacy-to-pharmacy and are not issued to you personally. You acknowledge that: (a) before the prescription is sent, your Partner Practitioner may review it and, using their clinical judgement, may issue it with a different number of repeats or supply quantity, for example to match how often your treatment needs to be reviewed; (b) fees may apply for any consultation needed for that review and for our administrative service of transferring the prescription, and any such fees will be shown to you before you confirm; and (c) once the prescription has been sent, dispensing, pricing and supply are matters between you and your nominated pharmacy. 8.3 Your Partner Practitioner may require follow-up consultations, pathology tests or other monitoring as a condition of continued prescribing. Failure to complete required reviews may mean your treatment is paused. 8.4 A prescription is not a guarantee that the medicine is in stock or can be dispensed. If a medicine is unavailable, your Partner Practitioner may discuss alternatives, or your treatment may be paused until supply is restored. 8.5 You must read all information given to you about your medicine, follow your Partner Practitioner's and pharmacist's instructions, and not change your dose without advice. 8.6 You are responsible for telling your regular GP and other treating practitioners about treatment you receive through Florien. With your written consent, we can send a summary to your GP on your behalf. 8.7 If you experience side effects, or your condition changes or worsens, contact your Partner Practitioner through the Platform, see your GP, or in an emergency call 000. 8.8 Clinical records are kept by Partner Practitioners and held by us on the Platform in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy. You may request access to, or a copy of, your records, including when transferring care to another provider.
9. Unapproved, compounded and off-label medicines
Some treatments available through Florien are not standard registered medicines. Before any such medicine is prescribed, your Partner Practitioner will explain the relevant matters below and obtain your informed consent. By accepting a prescription, you acknowledge that: 9.1 Unapproved medicines: some medicines, including most medicinal cannabis products, are not included on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) and have not been evaluated by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) for safety, quality or efficacy. They are prescribed under a TGA access pathway, such as the Authorised Prescriber scheme or Special Access Scheme, which permits their supply to individual patients under medical supervision. 9.2 Compounded medicines: some medicines are prepared (compounded) by a pharmacy specifically for you under the pharmacy compounding provisions of therapeutic goods law. Compounded medicines are not individually evaluated or registered by the TGA, and their quality depends on the compounding pharmacy. 9.3 Off-label use: a registered medicine may be prescribed for a use, dose, population or route of administration that is not one of its approved indications on the ARTG. 9.4 Evidence for the effectiveness of these treatments may be limited or still developing, individual results vary, and there may be risks and side effects that are not yet fully known. 9.5 Neither Florien nor your Partner Practitioner can guarantee any particular outcome.
10. Program-specific safety information
10.1 Medicinal cannabis. Medicinal cannabis may impair your ability to drive or operate machinery. In most Australian states and territories it is an offence to drive with any detectable THC, even if it has been lawfully prescribed. You are responsible for understanding the driving laws where you live, the drug and alcohol policies of your workplace, and the laws of any place you travel to, including other countries where cannabis may be illegal. 10.2 Hormone, peptide and performance-related therapies. Many hormones and peptides, including testosterone and a number of peptide therapies, are prohibited in and out of competition under the World Anti-Doping Code. If you compete in any tested sport, you must tell your Partner Practitioner and check your obligations with your sporting body and Sport Integrity Australia before starting treatment. You are solely responsible for any anti-doping consequences. 10.3 Weight management. Weight management medicines work best alongside diet, activity and behavioural changes, and results vary. Any diet, exercise or lifestyle guidance given through the Platform should be followed within your own limits. Stop and seek medical advice if you feel unwell. You must tell your Partner Practitioner if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding. 10.4 All Programs. Do not start, stop or combine any treatment, including over-the-counter or supplement products, without telling your Partner Practitioner.
Part C - Pharmacy, dispensing and delivery
11. Your choice of pharmacy and our role
11.1 Your choice. You may have any prescription issued through Florien dispensed at any Australian pharmacy you choose. You are never required to use our partner pharmacy as a condition of receiving a consultation or prescription. 11.2 Our partner pharmacies. For convenience, we offer to send your prescription to one of the pharmacies we have partnered with (each a Partner Pharmacy). The Partner Pharmacy handling your order will be identified to you before you confirm your purchase, in your patient portal and on your pharmacy invoice. We may add or change Partner Pharmacies from time to time. 11.3 Relationship disclosure. Each Partner Pharmacy is an independent business. Florien has no ownership interest in any Partner Pharmacy, and no Partner Pharmacy has an ownership interest in Florien. Florien receives a platform and marketing fee from Partner Pharmacies. Partner Practitioners do not receive any payment or benefit linked to the medicines they prescribe or where they are dispensed. 11.4 Default. If you do not tell us otherwise, we will send your prescription to the Partner Pharmacy. To use another pharmacy, select that option or contact support@florien.co, and we will send the prescription directly to your chosen pharmacy under clause 8.2. An administration fee of $29 applies for managing external pharmacy arrangements. 11.5 Separate contract with the pharmacy. When a Dispensing Pharmacy agrees to fill your prescription, you contract directly with that pharmacy for the supply of the medicine. The pharmacy, not Florien, is the supplier of the medicine and is responsible for dispensing, compounding (where applicable), labelling, counselling and the quality of the medicine. 11.6 We act as your agent for payment. Where you pay for Partner Pharmacy medicines through the Platform, Florien collects that payment as your agent and passes it to the pharmacy less the platform and marketing fee referred to in clause 11.3. The medicine price is set by the pharmacy. Florien will issue your invoices for each order, including for the medicine on behalf of the Dispensing Pharmacy (showing that pharmacy as the supplier) and for any Florien fees in our own name. Your invoices are available at any time in the Orders section of your patient portal. 11.7 You consent to us, your Partner Practitioner and the Care Team sharing your prescription, contact details and relevant health information with the Dispensing Pharmacy, and to the pharmacy contacting you and us to dispense your medicine safely. 11.8 A Dispensing Pharmacy may decline to dispense for any lawful reason, including professional judgement or stock availability. We are not responsible for a pharmacy's decision to dispense or not dispense. If a Dispensing Pharmacy declines to dispense your medicine, you will be refunded the medicine price and any shipping fees paid for that order. Membership, Program and consultation fees are not refunded in these circumstances, as they relate to clinical and platform services already provided to you, subject to your rights under clause 17.1.
12. Dispensing and pharmacist counselling
12.1 A pharmacist from the Dispensing Pharmacy may contact you before your medicine is dispensed or dispatched, for example to confirm your details, check for interactions or explain how to use a medicine safely. Whether this is needed is a matter for the pharmacist's professional judgement. You can also ask to speak with a pharmacist about your medicine at any time. 12.2 If the pharmacist needs to speak with you before your medicine can be dispensed or dispatched and cannot reach you within 5 business days after reasonable attempts, the order may be cancelled and the medicine price and any shipping fees refunded. 12.3 Ownership of, and risk in, the medicine passes to you when it is dispensed, subject to your rights under clause 17 for damaged, incorrect or undelivered orders.
13. Controlled and high-risk medicines
This clause applies to Schedule 8 (controlled drug) medicines, including many medicinal cannabis products, and to other medicines your Partner Practitioner identifies as requiring additional safeguards. 13.1 Prescribing and dispensing are subject to state and territory medicines laws, including the Medicines and Poisons Act 2019 (Qld) and equivalent laws elsewhere. Some treatments may require a state approval before they can be prescribed. 13.2 You consent to Partner Practitioners and pharmacists checking and recording your prescriptions in state real-time prescription monitoring systems, such as QScript, as required by law. 13.3 Your medicine is for your personal use only. You must not sell, give, share or supply it to anyone else. Doing so is a serious offence and may be reported to the relevant authorities. 13.4 Suspected sharing or resale. If we or a Partner Practitioner reasonably believe, based on clinical information, prescribing or ordering patterns, or other information available to us, that you are sharing, selling or otherwise supplying your medicine to another person, we may suspend or cancel your Services, including any Subscription, with immediate effect. Where it is safe and appropriate, we will tell you the reason and give you an opportunity to respond. Your Partner Practitioner will provide advice about safely stopping or transitioning your treatment, and we will refund any amount paid for Services not yet provided. 13.5 You must store controlled medicines securely, out of reach of children and others, and return unused or unwanted medicine to a pharmacy for safe disposal. 13.6 Early repeat requests, lost or stolen medicine, or other patterns of concern may require a further consultation before any additional supply. Lost or stolen controlled medicines should be reported to police.
14. Delivery
14.1 The Dispensing Pharmacy arranges delivery of your medicine by courier or post to the address you provide. Delivery times shown are estimates only. 14.2 Controlled and high-value medicines require a signature and photo ID on delivery and cannot be left unattended. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery details are correct and that you, or an adult you authorise, are available to receive the parcel. 14.3 You consent to your name, address and phone number being given to the courier for delivery. 14.4 If your delivery is delayed, damaged, or the medicine appears incorrect, do not use it and contact us within 7 days of delivery (or of the estimated delivery date for undelivered orders). See clause 17.
Part D - Fees, subscriptions and refunds
15. Fees and payment
15.1 Our current fees for consultations, Programs and products are shown on the Platform. Prices include GST and, where stated, delivery. 15.2 Payment is taken at booking or checkout using the payment method you provide. You authorise us (and, for medicines, us as agent for the Dispensing Pharmacy) to charge that method for amounts you have agreed to pay. 15.3 We may change our fees for future Services at any time by updating the Platform. A fee change will not apply to a Service you have already booked and paid for. For subscriptions, clause 16.4 applies.
16. Programs and subscriptions
This clause applies where you choose a Program that renews automatically (Subscription). 16.1 Before you start a Subscription, we will clearly show you the price, what is included (for example, consultations, Care Team support and medicine), the billing interval and the renewal date. 16.2 Your Subscription renews at the end of each billing period and your payment method will be charged unless you pause or cancel beforehand. We will send you a reminder at least 3 days before each renewal that includes medicine, and at least 7 days before any annual or longer renewal. 16.3 Pausing and cancelling. You may pause or cancel at any time through your Account or by emailing support@florien.co. Cancellation takes effect from the next renewal date. You will not be charged for, or receive, orders after that date. Orders already dispensed before you cancel cannot be cancelled (see clause 17). 16.4 Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any increase in your Subscription price. The new price applies only from the first renewal after the notice period, and you may cancel before then without any charge. 16.5 Clinical changes. If your Partner Practitioner changes, pauses or stops your treatment, your Subscription will be adjusted, paused or cancelled accordingly, and you will not be charged for medicine that is not prescribed. 16.6 We may end a Subscription only for a reason set out in clause 5, or if we stop offering the Program, in which case we will give you at least 30 days' notice (unless clinically or legally required sooner) and refund any prepaid amount for periods not yet provided.
17. Refunds, returns and order issues
17.1 Your consumer rights. Our Services, and the medicines and products supplied through the Platform, come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights. For a major failure you are entitled to a refund or replacement, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss. 17.2 When we will refund. In addition to your consumer rights, we will refund, or arrange a refund of, amounts paid if: (a) a Partner Practitioner assesses you as clinically unsuitable at your initial consultation, in which case your consultation fee will be refunded and all Program and medicine charges are refunded; (b) a medicine cannot be dispensed because it is out of stock or the pharmacy declines to dispense; (c) you cancel an order or Subscription before the order is dispensed; (d) the pharmacy cannot complete your counselling call under clause 12.2; or (e) we or the pharmacy made a pricing, billing or processing error. 17.3 Change of mind on medicines. For health and safety reasons, and under pharmacy regulations, dispensed prescription medicines cannot be returned, and we do not give refunds for change of mind once a medicine has been dispensed. This does not affect your rights under clause 17.1. 17.4 Damaged, incorrect or undelivered orders. Contact support@florien.co within 7 days of delivery, or of the estimated delivery date, with your order number and photos where relevant. We will work with the Dispensing Pharmacy to arrange a replacement or refund. Claims made after 7 days will still be considered in line with your consumer rights. 17.5 Refunds are made to the original payment method, usually within 5 business days.
18. Promotions and discounts
18.1 We may offer discounts or promotional codes from time to time. Each promotion's terms will be shown when it is offered. Unless stated otherwise, codes are single-use per patient, must be applied at checkout, are non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers. 18.2 Promotions apply only to our consultation, Program and service fees. They are not an offer or advertisement of any prescription medicine. Where a Program includes medicine, the discount is available only if a Partner Practitioner independently decides that treatment is clinically appropriate for you. Receiving a promotion does not mean you will be prescribed any medicine. 18.3 We may withdraw a promotion or refuse a code that has been misused.
19. Medicare, insurance and invoices
19.1 Consultations through Florien are private services. They are not eligible for a Medicare rebate and we do not bulk bill. 19.2 Some Services or medicines may be claimable under private health insurance extras cover. You are responsible for checking eligibility and making any claim using the invoices we or the pharmacy provide. 19.3 You must keep your payment and insurance details accurate. We are not responsible for claims or payments that fail because of incorrect details you have given.
Part E - General provisions
20. Liability and your consumer rights
20.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law that cannot be excluded. 20.2 Partner Practitioners are responsible for the clinical services they provide, and Dispensing Pharmacies are responsible for the medicines they supply. To the extent permitted by law, Florien is not liable for loss arising from the independent clinical decisions of a Partner Practitioner or the dispensing decisions of a pharmacy, except to the extent that loss is caused by our own negligence, breach of these Terms or breach of law. 20.3 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit or opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform, except where that loss was reasonably foreseeable as a result of our failure to comply with a consumer guarantee. 20.4 We take reasonable steps to keep the Platform available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
21. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for loss or costs reasonably incurred by us as a direct result of your fraud, your deliberate misuse of the Platform, your supply of medicine to another person, or your giving false information to obtain a medicine, except to the extent the loss was caused by us.
22. Acceptable use
22.1 You may use the Platform only for your own personal healthcare and in accordance with these Terms and the law. 22.2 You must not: (a) impersonate anyone or give false identity or health information; (b) harass, abuse, threaten or discriminate against any Partner Practitioner, Care Team member, pharmacist, staff member or other user; (c) record consultations without the consent of the practitioner; (d) post or transmit anything unlawful, defamatory, offensive, misleading, or that infringes another person's rights or privacy; (e) post content that advertises a therapeutic good or health service in breach of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (Cth), the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law or any other law, including testimonials about treatments; (f) use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access, copy or extract data or content from the Platform, or attempt to discover our pricing, clinical protocols or systems for commercial purposes; (g) interfere with, overload, reverse-engineer or bypass the security of the Platform; or (h) use the Platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of anyone else. 22.3 We may remove content, restrict features or suspend Accounts that breach this clause.
23. Intellectual property
The Platform and its content, including text, design, graphics, software, clinical program materials, trade marks and the Florien name and logo, are owned by or licensed to us. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose. You must not copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute or commercially use any of it without our written consent, except as permitted by law.
24. Third-party services and links
The Platform may link to, or integrate with, third-party websites and services, such as payment providers, pathology providers and couriers. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
25. General information is not medical advice
Information on our website, social media, blog, emails and program resources is general information only. It is not a substitute for personalised advice from a Partner Practitioner or your own health professional, and does not promote any particular medicine, treatment or practitioner over another. Only advice given to you by a practitioner in the course of your care is medical advice.
26. Feedback and complaints
26.1 We welcome feedback. If you are unhappy with any part of our Services, including billing, contact support@florien.co. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days, and keep you informed if it will take longer. 26.2 Complaints about a Partner Practitioner's clinical care will be referred to our Clinic Director and the practitioner concerned. 26.3 If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact: (a) the health complaints body in your state or territory, such as the Office of the Health Ombudsman (Qld) or the Health Care Complaints Commission (NSW); (b) AHPRA, about the conduct of a registered health practitioner; (c) the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, about privacy; or (d) your state or territory fair trading or consumer affairs agency.
27. Emergencies
Florien is not an emergency service. If you have a medical emergency, such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, a severe allergic reaction, or thoughts of harming yourself, call 000 immediately or go to your nearest hospital emergency department. For mental health crisis support, call Lifeline on 13 11 14.
28. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state and courts that can hear appeals from them. This does not prevent you from bringing a claim in the state or territory where you live, where the law allows.
29. General
29.1 If any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down or severed, and the rest remains in force. 29.2 A failure or delay by us in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. 29.3 We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor business on notice to you, provided your rights are not diminished. You may not transfer your Account or rights. 29.4 These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Platform, together with any Program-specific terms shown to you at checkout.
